At least once a month I receive a message about Scout and Rose and their Lifetime Digital Access.
The Scout and Rose website hasn't been around for a long time now - and just to be clear, I never recommended anyone purchase this package. Quite the opposite... I believe that once a site offers Lifetime Digital Access, they typically do not last much longer.
It's not that they are setting out to scam you, it just seems to be what sites do when they are tired of doing what they do, or when they are no longer making enough money to make it all worthwhile. LDA seems like a quick fix, something to help them earn a little money.. and then because they have lost their passion for what they were doing - it lapses and disappears.
Of course that's not true for all sites - some know they are going to end and just want to make some money before it's over. Others are all out scams from the get go - but the scammers are almost always NEW sites, not an established site.
If you do purchase "lifetime access", I strongly recommend you do it at a time when you have the ability to download everything immediately. Before it disappears. Or, be prepared to think of it as a donation, as a thank you for all the designs you were able to use before they disappeared.
With Scout and Rose it IS possible to still contact them, through their page on Design Bundles. I also can tell you that others have tried, and have received no response.
A few HAVE found their files - apparently the google drive does still exist, and if you downloaded it, or added it, to your google drive, you may be able to access it through your own google drive. Login, and look under "Shared" on the left hand side of the page.

At least two of my "go to" sites for svgs are currently offering lifetime digital access. I do not believe either site has any intention of scamming it's customers - they are GREAT sites. But I was sad when I saw their offers, because for me, it signals the end is near - typically when a site makes this offer, they are gone within a year.
