Cosmetic bags make great storage for our favorite card games.

THE BAGS
==============
I purchased these bags, $10 for 10. They are thinner than the ones I used to be able to find at the Dollar Tree, but they work perfectly, and are great for applying htv.
Later I saw these - I haven't purchased these, but they are even cheaper, and I like that the zippers are different colors... 15 for $13.

THE GAMES
=================
Hand & Foot is a variant of Canasta. Typically it is played with 4 players (two teams) and 4 regular decks of playing cards. (One deck of cards is needed for each player) Find printable rules and scoring sheets here:
Skip-Bo is a commercial version of the card game Spite and Malice. One deck of Skipbo cards allows for 2-4 players, we have played with 6, and even 8, by combining two decks of cards. This game does not require too much thought nor strategy, and is a great one for chatting while playing.
Phase 10 is a variant of Rummy, sometimes known as Liverpool Rummy. One deck of cards allows 2-6 people to play. This is a family favorite, and we have a notebook with various games in progress. We can go months, or even years, flip through the notebook, find a game with the players that are here, and pick up where we left off.
UNO is considered to be in the "Crazy 8's" family. Invented in 1971, we say that we are "As Old As UNO", around here. :-) It's a classic, simple, card game that requires a special deck of cards, but not too much concentration or thought, making it another great social game.

This is our families current favorite card game. We have worn out one deck, I purchased a new deck and we have that one fairly worn out now too! It's a quick and easy game, up to 7 players can play with one deck of cards.
No svg for this one, but here's the text, and a crown image, that might work well to make your own design.
